Jesus taught us to "...Love Your neighbor as yourself..." (Mark 12: 31) and to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation"  (Mark 16:15).   In keeping with these commandments, the Port City Church Family has many ministries.  Here are a few examples.

LUNCH ON US:  Drive-in free lunch and prayer time for the local community.  Come check us out on the second Saturday (weather permitting) of the month

FAMILY PROMISE:  Mobile, AL community service program where several churches in the area provide housing and food for homeless families.  The program's goal is to help the adults find employment and also to assist in helping them found housing.  A wonderful program program that offers a hand up, not just a hand out.

MEXICO:  This past summer, a group of teens and adults traveled to Mexico and joined forces with other missionaries to build homes for families and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

PHILIPPINES:  Arapal Christian Camp and Life Skills Learning Center.  A small group of adults went there a couple of years ago.  Two women in the group are now part time missionaries there.

Port City Kids and Youth Ministry exists to provide a safe place for children through 12th Grade Students to grow in the Kingdom of God. We follow a simple approach to ministry to help all as we recognize we're all at different parts of the Journey. It's our goal to INTRODUCE the individual to the love of Jesus, to BUILD the individual up in His image, to UNCOVER the individual's specific God-Given Gifts and finally AWAKEN the individual to be the hands and feet of Jesus here in Mobile and beyond.
